- Data Collected and PurposesWe collect identification and contact data (name, email, phone), browsing data (through cookies and similar technologies) and, where applicable in the context of appointment booking or clinical forms, health data as a special category of data under Article 9 of the GDPR. This data is processed with the explicit consent of the data subject and/or within the scope of the provision of healthcare, for the following purposes: management of appointments and patient contact; provision of healthcare and clinical follow-up; responding to information requests submitted through the website; sending marketing communications, subject to prior consent; compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
- Legal Basis for ProcessingThe processing is based, as applicable, on the consent of the data subject, on the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, on compliance with legal obligations to which the Clinic is subject, or on the legitimate interests of the Clinic, namely administrative management and information security.
- Data RetentionPersonal data is retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, respecting the legal deadlines applicable to clinical records and tax documentation, and is subsequently deleted or anonymised.
- Data SharingPersonal data may be shared with service providers who collaborate with the Clinic (for example, partner laboratories, scheduling platforms, web hosting), always in strict compliance with the GDPR and subject to data processing agreements. The Clinic does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes.
- Data Subject RightsThe data subject has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, object to the processing of and request the portability of their personal data, as well as to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent previously given. These rights may be exercised by contacting geral@anamoreira.pt. The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD).
